cv999 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 2FA settings are accessible via your Account security panel. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your cv999 Account and PKR balance.
You must not allow any other person to access or use your cv999 Account on your behalf. Sharing account access — even temporarily — is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of the Account.
cv999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL internet banking transfer, UBL internet banking transfer, Meezan Bank IBFT transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All PKR payment methods have a minimum deposit of PKR 100. USDT deposits credit upon sufficient blockchain confirmations, typically within 5 to 30 minutes depending on network conditions.
The cv999 Platform operates primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. cv999 applies a standard conversion rate and displays the applicable rate in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation. No refund of exchange rate differences is available once a deposit is confirmed.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits from within their Account responsible gaming settings. Minimum platform deposit limits apply as displayed in the cashier. cv999 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual Accounts at its discretion for compliance or responsible gaming purposes.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits received from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and will be returned, minus any applicable transaction fees. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal of real-money funds from your cv999 Account requires: (a) successful completion of KYC identity verification; (b) a positive real-money Balance after accounting for any pending wagers; and (c) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with Bonus Funds credited to your Account. Bonus Funds themselves are not withdrawable — only winnings generated from wagering that meet the applicable Wagering Requirement qualify for withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. cv999 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five minutes of request submission during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are typically completed within two to four hours. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes, subject to network confirmation times. Withdrawals above PKR 50,000 may be subject to additional manual review, which may extend processing time.
Standard minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cv999 cashier. VIP tier members may be entitled to elevated withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP program terms. cv999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests before processing.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a cv999 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. cv999 will suspend any Account for which a chargeback is initiated and will take all available legal steps to recover funds subject to an unauthorised chargeback.
cv999 offers various promotional bonuses to players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback credits, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional terms specific to each promotion as communicated at the time the offer is made.
Bonus Funds credited to your cv999 Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each bonus is communicated at the time the bonus is awarded. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of PKR 20,000 using that bonus before winnings become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirement calculations. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value. Live dealer casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10% to 20%) or may not contribute at all. Specific game contribution rates are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
cv999 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; using low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity; and any other conduct that cv999's compliance team identifies as an exploitation of promotional offers rather than genuine participation. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated winnings voided and accounts suspended.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's specific terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to track bonus expiry dates within your cv999 Account promotions panel.
All casino games available on the cv999 Platform — including slot machines, live dealer table games, card games, and instant-result games — use software certified by independent testing laboratories for random number generator (RNG) compliance and published return-to-player (RTP) accuracy. Where a governing body delays or revises the official result, cv999 reserves the right to delay settlement until the official result is confirmed. Unofficial or media-reported results do not trigger settlement.
Odds displayed on the cv999 Platform are accurate at the time of display but may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. A bet is binding only once cv999 has confirmed acceptance in your Account bet history. cv999 reserves the right to withdraw any market or correct obvious pricing errors before a bet is accepted.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your Balance in circumstances including: the relevant event being cancelled or abandoned; the market being incorrectly priced due to a manifest error; the event being subject to match-fixing or integrity concerns reported to the relevant sport's governing body; or technical malfunction during bet placement. Void bets are not subject to Bonus Fund wagering contribution.
cv999 offers live in-play betting on cricket (including PSL and ICC fixtures), football, tennis, UFC, and other selected sports. In-play odds update in real time. cv999 may suspend in-play markets temporarily during periods of significant live event developments (e.g., wickets in cricket, goals in football). The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cv999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling cv999 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account and void any associated winnings:
Where prohibited conduct involves financial crime — including money laundering, fraud, or the use of criminally obtained funds — cv999 will report the activity to relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the Account holder. All funds associated with such conduct will be frozen pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv999 excludes all liability for:
cv999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player to cv999 in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes cv999's liability for: death or personal injury caused by cv999's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by cv999; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
